Baptism
The Sacrament of Life with Christ
Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit (vitae spiritualis ianua), and the door which gives access to the other sacraments.
Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and are made sharers in her mission:
“Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.”
Infants
- Baptism occurs every 1st Sunday of the month after the 12:00 pm mass.
- Parents have to register with the Parish Office
Requirements
- Non Parishioners must get a letter from their Parish of Residence.
- Register at Parish with UGX 20,000/= Baptism fee.
- Parents & Godparents must attend Baptism instructions on Thursday and Friday presiding the Baptism Sunday @ 5:30.
